On 6 December, Dongguan Zhongtai Intelligent Equipment, an AET subsidiary founded in Dongguan in 2020, moved into a new plant of more than 4,000 m².
The move raises manufacturing scale to a monthly capacity measured in the millions of units and upgrades the production process behind the cabinets and structural parts.
The facility runs automated and intelligent production management with real-time monitoring and process optimisation, which improves output and quality while reducing energy and cost.
It is equipped for bending, riveting, grinding and welding, with laser cutting, CNC punching, trial assembly and quality testing areas. High-precision machine tools handle different materials for a varied product range.
The structural profiles produced there give the display both strength and finish, which is what a cabinet has to do: carry the modules reliably and look right in the room.
