NX COB Series Indoor Fine-Pitch LED Display
Full flip-chip COB on a 600 × 337.5 mm 16:9 cabinet, from P0.625 to P1.56 — 99% black surface, 12,000:1 contrast, 7,680 Hz refresh and dual-path redundancy.
No Wire.
Down to P0.625.
P0.625 · 0.78 · 0.9375 · 1.25 · 1.56 · 1.875 mm on a 600 × 337.5 × 37.4 mm cabinet — or 1209.6 × 680.4 mm in the large-module build.
NX COB Series
One platform, six pitches, two cabinet formats.
The standard 600 × 337.5 × 37.4 mm 16:9 cabinet carries P0.625 to P1.875 mm; the large-module build measures 1209.6 × 680.4 mm for a faster wall.
Every module in the range is a full flip-chip COB module — the process on the next screen is what makes the pitch possible.
Full Flip-Chip COB
The die is encapsulated straight onto the PCB — no bonding wire.
COB (Chip on Board) seals the LED die into the board instead of a lamp package. That breaks the physical limit of the conventional process and reaches pitches below P1.0.
What is left at the surface is a flat black plane — which is where the contrast, the wide viewing angle and the washable face further down this page come from.
Stable and Reliable
The die is soldered directly to the PCB — the joint area grows almost seven times.
A larger joint over a shorter path puts less stress on every connection, so the module holds its picture instead of losing a column to a lifted wire.
Stability lifts the operating rate to more than 99.97%.
Uniform Black
Proprietary underfill and surface treatment keep the ink even across the whole wall.
Mismatched ink between modules is what shows up as a mosaic on a large screen. The underfill and the surface pass keep neighbouring cabinets at the same black level, so the wall reads as one panel.
99% Black, 12,000:1
Black area covers up to 99% of each display unit.
A lamp package leaves a white frame around every pixel; COB removes it, so almost the whole surface is black.
At 12,000:1 contrast, dark scenes keep their layers instead of flattening into grey.
Colour That Holds
In-house bin mixing at die placement keeps light and colour uniform.
Dies are binned and mixed by the algorithm before placement, so module-to-module colour drift disappears.
7,680 Hz refresh keeps motion clean on camera, and the gamut is cinema-grade.
Comfortable to Watch
A surface light source instead of a point source.
The whole face emits evenly, so there is no lamp glare to look into. Low blue light and low flicker keep long viewing sessions from tiring the eye.
Hard Protection
IP65 on the module surface — sealed, not coated.
Dust, moisture, impact and static are all covered, and with no lamp cavity on the face the panel can be wiped or washed in place.
Light and Thin
4.1 kg for the whole cabinet.
Thin, light and die-cast: one person can carry a cabinet, and transport, install and service all get cheaper at the same time.
40% Less Power
COB shortens the heat path; common cathode controls the voltage.
Driving each colour channel at its own forward voltage stops the excess from being burnt as heat. Consumption drops by more than 40% and the panel runs cooler.
Never a Black Screen
Dual signal input and dual power supply, both redundant.
If one signal path or one supply fails the other takes over at frame level, so the wall stays lit — which is what supports a 7 × 24 duty cycle.
Three Builds,
One Cabinet System
NX COB, NX COB Pro and NX COB Plus share the same 600 × 337.5 mm cabinet and the same flip-chip process — they differ in module size and drive.

Have a custom engineering question? Contact us →The LED die is soldered die-side down onto the PCB pads, with no bonding wire. The joint area is close to seven times that of a wire-bonded package, and the module surface ends up as a flat black plane.
NX COB runs P0.625, P0.78125, P0.9375, P1.25 and P1.56 on the 600 × 337.5 mm cabinet. The catalogue also lists NX SMD at P1.25 and P1.56, and NX MIP at P0.78125 and P0.9375, all on the same cabinet.
A 150 × 168.75 mm standard module (four per cabinet) or a 150 × 337.5 mm large module. The standard cabinet is 600 × 337.5 × 37.4 mm, 0.2025 m², 4.1 kg; the large-module cabinet is 1209.6 × 680.4 mm.
Common cathode drives each colour channel at its own forward voltage instead of sharing one supply, so the excess voltage is not burnt as heat. Consumption drops by more than 40%, to roughly 255–390 W/m² peak depending on pitch.
Yes. The panel is IP5X and the module surface is IP65, with no exposed lamp or lens cavity, so the face can be wiped or washed in place.
Two independent power inputs and two signal paths, switching at frame level, so a failed supply or a failed signal run does not take the screen to black. That is what supports a 7 × 24 duty cycle.
