AET has been named one of the top ten COB fine-pitch brands, adding to a run of industry recognition that includes the 2024 full flip-chip COB micro-pitch brand award, the 2022 COB screen and module manufacturing top ten, the 2021 COB fine-pitch top ten and a 2020 national invention exhibition silver medal for COB.
The award recognises product quality, but also the direction: pushing direct-view LED toward panelisation as a product form and toward scenario-specific deployment.
Why Panelisation Matters
Panelisation is the essence of COB. By packaging micro LED chips directly onto the driver substrate to form an integrated display panel, it abandons the discrete model of packaging a lamp and then mounting it. Three things follow.

A Matrix That Covers the Market
AET has built a COB product matrix that is broad in size, varied in form and specific in application.
On size, general-purpose and standardised panels sit side by side: custom and general cabinets at 600 × 337.5 mm and 480 × 540 mm for professional work, the 55-inch standardised panel, and all-in-one units from 108 to 165 inches at 2K and 136 to 163 inches at 4K.
On form, the range keeps widening. The COB large board module at 150 × 337.5 mm raises installation and maintenance efficiency without giving up reliability. The COB texture screen fuses marble and timber finishes with display, opening a new dimension for home cinema, commercial display and cultural space. The COB flexible module breaks the rigid limit, giving curved and cylindrical installations a reliable route.
On application, the range crosses from professional to consumer markets: command centres and meeting rooms indoors, semi-outdoor and high-brightness products for shop windows and digital signage, and consumer products with remote adjustment that lower the barrier to entry.
