Uneven surfaces, image failures, and nobody to call after the sale — when the budget runs into six or seven figures, the real fear is not the price. It is paying it and still feeling exposed.
The answer is not a cheaper screen. It is a product line that has already been through the market for years, with process, image quality, service and references you can verify. That is the NX COB series.
Process: Seams Measured in Tenths of a Millimetre
Every cabinet in the range uses a 16:9 ratio at 600 × 337.5 mm, with pitch from P0.6 to P1.8. The frame is machined on medical-grade CNC equipment with tolerance held to ±0.1 mm, tighter than the usual industry standard. Location pins and calibration shims work together, so the finished wall reads flat and continuous.
Supply Chain: Chip to Screen, In House
Full flip-chip COB packaging gives high luminous efficiency, good heat dissipation and a stable, even image. Because AET sits inside the GuangDong Guangda group, it controls the chain from chip to module to finished screen: proprietary chip mixing at the die level, in-house light-mixing algorithms at the bonding stage, no dependency on outside supply for the parts that decide consistency.
Maintenance: Running, Not Waiting
IP65 protection against dust, water and impact covers meeting rooms, command centres and airport terminals. Power and signal are both duplicated, so a critical room does not go black. Modules are hot-swappable and can be changed live, and the full front-maintenance design removes the need for a rear service corridor — which saves floor area and cost.
Delivery: Ten Years of References
The NX COB series has been deployed for years across government, energy, finance, education and transport, in China and overseas. A selection:

Every one of those was a delivery test. AET has been in LED display for more than a decade and runs a service organisation that covers design, production, installation and after-sales — which is the part that decides whether a screen is still good in year five.
