Standardisation is the only route the industry has to long-term growth. AET was the first to propose a new-generation standardised architecture for Mini and Micro LED, and the first to build a fine-pitch product specified in inches: the AT series.
Standard Display Unit
The series starts from the inch as a design unit. Mounting dimensions and hole positions match LCD and DLP practice, so an AT unit can replace an existing panel without rebuilding the wall.
Each unit is a complete 1K or 2K display at standard resolution, which means a 4K, 8K or 16K-plus wall is an assembly of units rather than a custom screen.
Internally it runs AET’s third-generation standardised architecture: a highly integrated AIO board, wireless hard connection, external interface compatibility, flexible mounting and full front maintenance.
QCOB Across the Range
Every AT product uses QCOB, AET’s own fine-pitch panel process, which laminates the module surface rather than leaving the LEDs exposed.
-
Surface light source Replacing point emission with an area source removes the glare and the light decay that point sources suffer from, and is easier on the eye over long viewing.
-
Black-crystal treatment Ink colour is evened out across the panel, which protects against colour shift and widens the viewing angle.
-
IP65 protection Dust, water, static and impact protection, usable in high temperature and high humidity.
-
No visible grain The surface is flat and smooth, which matters for touch interaction as much as for image quality.
Common-Cathode Efficiency
The AT series uses a drive architecture that reaches 16-bit greyscale at 0.08 nit, which is the low-brightness high-greyscale capability that dark-room and broadcast work depends on.
Greyscale is corrected in two channels, at level 255 and at level 1, so that colour stays consistent from the brightest highlight to the deepest shadow. Power is managed per channel with adjustable brightness and colour temperature, which keeps heat and temperature rise low.
Thin, and Adjustable
The cabinet is 28 mm at its thinnest. Floating connectors allow adjustment on all six axes, in X, Y, Z, so flatness is set at installation rather than accepted from the factory.
DCI-P3 cinema-grade gamut, a viewing angle beyond 170 degrees, 3,840 Hz refresh, HDR, and international standard sizes of 43, 46, 55, 60, 70 and 80 inches.
